In January of this year, we organized and implemented a winter camp for children from Mariupol. As part of this trip, 16 children had the opportunity to spend a whole week in Prague, far from sirens, alarms and shelling. All of them are refugees from temporarily occupied territories.
During their week in the Czech Republic, we provided them with accommodation and a rich cultural and entertainment program: several tours of Prague, a visit to the Technical Museum, the National Gallery and the zoo, a trip to Křivoklát Castle near Prague and much more, including watching top tennis league matches and sports training.
Thank you to all the kind people who provided full funding and allowed the children to experience this winter magic! We hope the children had a great time and will remember this trip for a long time 🙂
